Standard delivery is free when you spend £50 and over (for UK mainland) & £200 (for International).

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery to the UK mainland will take between 3-10 working days* from when the order is placed.

 

Standard delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and all UK Offshore Islands will take longer 5-12 working days.

​

Please be aware, during the SALE period, standard delivery may be 5-10 working days from when your order is placed.

​

Overall, we always aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, but it’s subject to postcode and availability of courier service to that area.

 

Delivery may also be affected due to adverse weather conditions and industrial strikes, so please bear with us during these times.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We also offer a Next Day Delivery service.

​

We will always endeavour to deliver your products within 24 hours on a working day* when you select the Next Day Delivery option.

However, in some cases, our next day services may not be available and could be delayed.

These may particularly occur during busy periods, such as Sales, unavailability of courier service in the region, or due to untoward occurrences that are beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions and industrial strikes).

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for all standard orders over £50 (mainland UK only) and £200 (international).

Please note free shipping is only offered for standard delivery (3-10 days) and does not qualify for next day delivery. The minimum order for free shipping next day delivery is £100 (UK).

NOTE:

*A working day is referred as Monday to Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will only be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/ credit card.

You can enter the delivery address at checkout. Please ensure however that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.

TRACKING DELIVERY

Your delivery experience is an essential part of our service offering to you.

Once your item has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with the delivery information.

Couriers we use for deliveries include Royal Mail or Parcel Force or Evri. You can check your order delivery status through the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Evri website for information on your delivery.

IMPORT DUTIES
If you order for delivery outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). These duties and taxes are charged when your order arrives at its destination. You will be responsible for paying any additional costs. The postage charges applied by MADE IN B covers packaging and delivery only. We do not have any control over any customs charges and cannot estimate their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

 

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country from the country you are sending to. MADE IN B will not be liable for any breach of any such laws.
